We are looking for YOU as our Customer Advocate (x/f/m) – France!

Your mission

  • You are the main point of contact for our French customers and guide them throughout their entire case journey
  • You communicate with airlines, external lawyers, and our partner law firms
  • You assess incoming cases and support the initial legal evaluation
  • You contribute your own ideas to improve and optimize our operational processes
  • You support cross-functional projects and help further develop our services


Your profile

  • You have a strong interest in consumer protection and are eager to quickly dive into new and complex topics
  • You have excellent communication skills and express yourself clearly and professionally
  • You work independently, reliably, and take ownership of your tasks
  • You are highly self-motivated and able to manage multiple priorities effectively
  • You are fluent in French (C2 level) and have very good English skills – German is a plus, but not required
